A HEREFORD man has been fined just £40 after flashing his genitals in an incident in Hereford.
Lewis Scott entered a guilty plea to one count of exposure, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003, when he appeared before magistrates at Hereford's Bath Street Justice Centre in February.

The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 21-year-old had intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Hereford on January 1.
Scott, of Barons Mead in Hereford, was fined £40 for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when deciding on the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £16 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
